The D.E.C.I.D.E. Self-Leadership Method motivates people to perform at a higher level, maximizing efficiency to achieve goals in a low-pressure way.

Participants in the masterclass will monthly engage in conversation and receive Decide Action Tips to apply immediately to their lives.
